Sales Representatives – Solar Systems

Number Required: 1
Location: Noida Office
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline

Required Experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years Direct Dealing Experience with Various Educational Institutes like School, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Centre etc.
  • Good Track record of booking order from various Educational Institutes.

Essential Requirement:

  • Should be able to make cold call and get appointment from customers.
  • Should be able to visit Educational institutes without previous appointment and to meet concerned decision makers.
  • Should be able to communicate in spoken English / Hindi
  • Previous Similar Experience of handling Customers like School, Colleges, Petrol Pumps etc.

Major Job Description:

  • Lead Generation from Customers of Educational Institutes
  • Follow up of submitted proposals
  • To have personal 2-wheeler to travel within Delhi NCR.

Procurement Officer

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering/ Diploma in Material Management
Required Experiences: 4-6 years as Procurement Officer in Solar EPC Company
Age: Around 28-30 Years

  • Roof Top Solar Installation Companies
  • Solar Power Plant Installation Companies
  • Solar EPC Companies

Essential Requirement:

  • Experience of Handling Procurement independently
  • Knowledge of Solar Product market
  • Experience of Procurement of Module, Inverter, Battery, BOS material


  • Competitive Procurement of Material like Module, Inverter, Battery , BOS items
  • Procurement from India and abroad if required
  • To keep abreast of Technological development of all products being purchased
  • To keep latest Market information of Prices of each Product/ component
  • Continuous identification of New Sources / Vendors/ Vendor Development
  • Collecting proposals from Vendors and preparation of comparative statement
  • Techno-Commercial Negotiation with Vendors
  • To finalize Rate Contract
  • Issuance of Purchase Orders to Vendors
  • Manufacturing follow up with Vendors
  • Getting Quality inspection done at Vendor Factories
  • Timely availability of material during installation
  • To maintain up to date information about vendors against each category of items

Solar Installer

Location: Noida Office
Required Experiences: Minimum 6-8 years as Solar Plant Installer for Installation of Solar Plants
Age: Max 45

Essential Requirement:

  • Experience of Installing various capacity of Solar Plant both Roof Top and Ground Mounted
  • Capacity to lead a multiple work Team and at various places

Major Job Description:

  • To install and supervise installation of Solar Plant
  • To handle safety, discipline at job site
  • To ensure Quality of Installation

Project Manager

Number Required: 1
Location: Noida Office
Experience: 5-10+ yrs


  • Good in Written and Verbal Communication
  • Presentable
  • Previous experience of handling Team of minimum Size of 10 persons

Job Description:

  • Roof Top & On Ground Solar System Project
  • Total Project Management from H.O
  • To handle 4-6 outstation projects simultaneously
  • Project Execution Planning
  • Customer handling
  • Payment Recovery
  • Project Completion within shortest possible time and within budget

Other Assignments:

  • Providing Support to Marketing Team
  • Keeping record of Approved Cost Vs Actual Cost incurred of each Project
  • Preparation of Monthly Installation, service & Billing Plan
  • Ensuring quality and safety of all installation
  • Keeping records/ photograph of all installations
  • Preparation & Submission of Progress Report to Management
  • Attending Meeting with Govt. and Private Customers
  • Customer correspondences and Communications
  • Attending Customer Grievances/Maintaining Customer Network

Sales Engineer – PV Module

Number Required: 1
Location: Noida Office
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
Age: < 30 years
Gender: Male

Industry Experience:

  • PV Module Manufacturing Plants
  • Solar RTS Company

Essential Requirement:

  • Should be able to develop new Dealer / Channel Partners
  • Should be ready to travel remote locations and to identify potential Dealer / Channel Partner
  • Should have a network of existing Dealer / Channel Partners
  • Should conduct field Business Promotional activities with Standee / putting up stall as and when required
  • Should be able to communicate in spoken English, Hindi
  • Should provide all Sales support to appointed Dealers / Channel Partners

Major Job Description:

  • Travel to various assigned locations and to develop Dealer / Channel Partner Network
  • Coordinate with Megamax Manufacturing unit for supply of Modules to Dealer / Channel Partner and keep record
  • Payment follows up and Collection
  • Customer Care Services
  • Fixing /preparing Monthly / Quarterly Business Target and Monitoring
  • Overall Supply Chain Management- which means keeping track of all transaction and maintaining proper record
  • Field Business Promotional activities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Natural Salesperson with good PR ability
  • Ready to travel and stay at locations away from Delhi NCR as required
  • Good Managerial Capacity for handling several Channel Partners

Domain Knowledge:

  • Basic engineering knowledge of Solar PV Module functions and various types of Module in market & Solar Roof Top System
  • Knowledge of Net Metering regulation with DISCOM
  • Market Rate of Module, Inverter, Battery etc.
  • Overall understanding of Solar Market in India
